What will your day look like?
The Technical Business Analyst facilitates the deployment of new business processes/products and/or changes to existing business processes/products. Work involves analyzing and scoping areas of business practice and process that when tested and implemented will provide a more effective and efficient way of handling stated processes. This position is part of an agile environment and serves as the key intermediary between the Product Owner and the agile development team. As part of the Scrum team, the position will also work on user story grooming and guide the development team to deliver on requirements. The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis and documentation of technical requirements, scope of opportunity and process change requirements. Position will interact with business and technology stakeholders. General supervision is received from the Senior Manager, Business Process Improvement.
