What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for servicing loans from post-origination through early stages of delinquency, or until pay off, including research and resolution of credit score questions and credit disputes. This individual will assist members with securing titles, complete account maintenance, work to ensure accurate loan information and ultimately successful repayment. Work involves communication with members and both internal and external partners to ensure excellent service is provided to all members.
