What will your day look like?

You will be responsible for servicing loans from post-origination through early stages of delinquency, or until pay off, including research and resolution of credit score questions and credit disputes. This individual will assist members with securing titles, complete account maintenance, work to ensure accurate loan information and ultimately successful repayment. Work involves communication with members and both internal and external partners to ensure excellent service is provided to all members.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely research, resolution and response to member credit score questions and issues
  • Respond to member credit disputes received via e-Oscar or by written correspondence
  • Process and submit ancillary product claims, requests for refunds and coordinate payment of damage claims
  • Collect and document all collateral titles, and file liens
  • Participates in new and innovative projects to improve efficient servicing operations and success of strategy
  • Proactively engage and collaborate with internal partners to successfully accomplish department and organizational goals

Qualifications

What makes you a great fit?

You’ll be a great fit if in addition to a Bachelor degree and two years of experience as a customer service/loan servicing representative or an equivalent combination of training and experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving
  • Must be detail oriented, results and improvement driven, customer-service and quality-focused, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently on multiple systems successfully is a strong benefit
