What will your day look like?

You will create and execute testing and issues validation plans to review business processes, products, and services for compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Testing Analyst will work with employees of the business to confirm test and validation findings and collaborate on establishing management responses and remediation plans as needed based on the risk of the findings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute testing and validation plans for specific business areas, products, and services at the credit union or third parties.
  • Analyze potential findings to determine whether exceptions exist and if so, the level of risk associated with the finding.
  • Conduct root cause analysis into potential findings.
  • Follow written policies, standards, and procedures for how the testing program is designed to function.
  • Complete assigned test and validation plans according to annual test plan schedule.
  • Write test and validation reports which explain the testing process, findings and management responses.
  • Deliver presentation of findings to members of management.

Qualifications

What makes you a great fit?

You’ll be a great fit if in addition to 3 years of experience in a testing, audit or quality control background, preferably in the financial services industry, and you have:

 

  • Broad financial services knowledge and industry best practices for continuously improving a proactive Compliance Management System.
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with good time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a time-bound schedule.
