    What will your day look like?

    We are looking for someone who has a passion for ecommerce and marketing and thrives on using data to drive results that improve customer acquisition, product penetration, banking channel effectiveness and the customer experience. The person in this new role will build out our reporting capabilities and draw out actionable insights. This key member of the marketing and digital strategy team will engage with product managers, channel managers, developers, finance and marketing.



    Do you see yourself doing this?

    • Establishing the marketing and digital channels data and analytics discipline, including marketing and ecommerce data standards and quality controls
    • Creating and maintaining campaign and channel reporting as well as stakeholder dashboards
    • Analyzing marketing and digital banking usage data to develop insights and make recommendations on optimization
    • Driving integration of member data with ecommerce/digital banking, marketing behavioral data and new data sources to uncover new strategies and optimization
    • Leading audience development initiatives, including segmentation and list building, to be leveraged with product and channel campaigns
    • Developing centralized reporting on mobile and online banking usage, focusing on key performance indicators
    • Coding SQL Stored Procedures for data loading to marketing automation tool which will increase substantially the size and scale of available datasets
    • Investigating new targeting and data possibilities
    • Managing third-party vendor data integrations into marketing systems and tools as well as internal system integrations into marketing tools such as marketing automation


    What makes you a great fit?

    You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field, Master’s degree a plus, 5-8 of experience leveraging digital marketing analytics to drive business results, and you have:

    • Strong SQL skills
    • Strong experience with marketing automation as well as integrations with data warehouses and CRMs
    • Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and programmatic advertising
    • Knowledge of website technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Google Analytics and Tag Manager
    • Deep A/B and multivariate testing experience
    • Strong analytical skills and experience manipulating large, complex datasets
    • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, etc.)
    • Strong collaboration skills and are comfortable working with teams throughout the organization
    • The ability to turn technical reports into clear presentations and communications that drive business action
    • Motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
    • Experience in segmentation and predictive modeling with proven results
