    What will your day look like?

    You will be responsible for plays a vital role in optimizing team performance to enhance the member experience. You will be responsible for the general oversight and day-to-day operations of all Loan Servicing activities including, but not limited to servicing loans from post-origination through early stages of delinquency, or pay off. You will oversee the Loan Servicing team’s efforts working with members to secure titles, update payment methods, and ensure accurate loan information and ultimately successful repayment. This includes planning, training, motivating, evaluating, analyzing, preparing monthly performance reports, and directing a team while ensuring compliance with all applicable collections laws, and credit union processes/policy and regulations.


    Do you see yourself doing this?

    • Working with the Manager to implement optimal strategy that identifies proactive touch points along loan timeline in which to provide a service to member with goals of title perfection, successful loan payoff, and delinquency avoidance
    • Taking escalated member calls and assist with 2nd talk-offs to find solutions for member delinquency, title questions, and to provide excellent service to members
    • Working with the Loss Prevention representatives and members to facilitate proper filing/return/management of all required paperwork ( i.e. SCRA, Assistance Programs, GAP/MCP/MCR/CPI/Decreased accounts claims, etc.)
    • Managing all aspects of timely and accurate credit reporting, dispute response and member credit reporting questions, as well as interfacing with credit reporting agencies
    • Identifying and implementing process improvements that directly enhance member experience, while attaining daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to ensure accomplishment of monthly department goals
    • Recommending and effectively managing new and innovative projects to improve efficient servicing operations and success of strategy
    • Reviewing files to ensure accounts are being worked within company, client, state regulations, and federal regulations


    What makes you a great fit?

    You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years as a collections/ loan servicing representative, 2 years of supervisory or performance management experience with a history of accomplishments showing success through creative motivation of a tea, and you:

    • Practice sound judgment and drive team engagement activities
    • Possess excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
    • Possess higher level knowledge of regulations relating to lending or collection laws

    • Have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills is required
