    What will your day look like?

    You will be responsible for engaging in the servicing of debit, credit, and gift card products, ATM cards and terminals, related networks and processors, and the processing of any credit card, debit card, or ATM transaction disputes.


    Do you see yourself doing this?

    • Responsible for the serving of card portfolios (credit, debit, ATM/convenience, and prepaid) including, but not limited to the ordering of new/replacement plastics, processing of balance transfer requests, initiates fraud/non-fraud transaction disputes, investigates and resolves misapplied payments and performs other account adjustments as necessary, performs address maintenance/verification, fulfills statement copy requests, and satisfies all other general inquiries
    • Ensures optimal uptime for ATM fleet through the continuous monitoring of ATM machine health and in working with appropriate vendor(s) to resolve any ATM issues
    • Responsible for the overall servicing of ATM fleet which includes cash requirements and related ordering of, investigates and resolves unposted transactions, fraud/non-fraud claims, or other inquiries made by the member or correspondent bank, handles daily and monthly settlement of ATM reconciliation and related cash systems, and prepares reports showing the utilization and performance of the ATM fleet
    • Participates in the cross training of team members and self



    What makes you a great fit?

    You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a High school Diploma (college degree preferred), of 1-3 years of experience in customer service-focused role, and you have:

    • Functional knowledge of plastic card portfolio and ATM fleet servicing, experience with EMV, contactless payment options (e.g. Apple Pay), and knowledge of Reg CC, E, PCI and ADA compliance preferred
    • Ability to use a continuous improvement approach to enhance intra-departmental processes
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
    • Previous financial institution or insurance industry experience preferred
