    What will your day look like?

    You will be responsible for providing support to the Information Security team and ensuring the operational aspects required to direct and maintain a security program are completed. This position will also participate in strategy development and the creation of operational policies, procedures and standards. Resources to do the job require reliance on technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, servers, network storage and security best practices.


    Do you see yourself doing this?

    • Follows up on IAM audits/reports/workflows/tickets to verify that appropriate changes are made to improve security posture and users have the proper system access
    • Builds and maintains manual and automated workflows to ensure appropriate user access to necessary applications are maintained for New Hires/Transfers/Terminations
    • Monitors the health of DLP system and target scans
    • Creates and tunes DLP Resource targets
    • Analyzes DLP Scan results
    • Works with business units and end users to remediate DLP findings
    • Helps ensure data storage is in compliance with organizations retention schedules and follows a least privilege model
    • Facilitates internal and external security audits
    • Works with departments and individuals throughout the organization to research alerts and review data to ensure the security of Alliant’s information is maintained
    • Assists in the maintenance of system inventories, business continuity plans, business impact analysis and business risk assessment specific to Information Security
    • Helps update business continuity plans and test results for the credit union
    • Assists in ensuring the business continuity plan is aligned with the business priorities


    What makes you a great fit?

    You’ll be a great fit if you have a minimum of 4 years in an Information Technology career with evidence of taking on increased technical roles.  In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree preferred or years of equivalent work experience required, you have:

    • Experience in a financial services and/or membership driven oriented company preferred
    • Hands on Windows Server experience, network file storage and/or account cleanup efforts using Excel manipulation preferred
    • Hands on experience leading network file storage and/or account cleanup efforts
    • Experience participating in an organization’s migration from traditional on premise infrastructure to a cloud hosted solution desired
    • Experience working through technical topics with non-technical users at a service desk level preferred
    • Excellent attention to detail following-through on requests in a timely manner and the ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously desired
