    What will your day look like?

    You will be responsible for advancing marketing capabilities and functionality that leads to best in class practices that support an effective and agile marketing ecosystem. You will be responsible for the administration of the Marketing Automation Platform and application of best practices for email marketing programs as well as the general administration and implementation of the Content Management System.  A key component of this position is to formulate integration plans for our databases while working closely with our Activation & Acquisition teams to execute digital multi-channel cross-sell and demand generation campaigns.  You will support the adoption of new and existing marketing technology tools that enhance the team’s digital capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    Do you see yourself doing this?

    • Building and executing single and multi-touch email campaigns
    • Design journey maps that support marketing goals with our specific targets
    • Develop hypotheses on how email can drive member behavior including expanded product penetration; design experiments to test these hypotheses
    • Test all email templates, links, and code to ensure quality of all emails in addition to lists segmentation, journey maps, and automation rules
    • Support segments/data list pulls with a focus on quality assurance
    • Maintain cross-domain Google Analytics tracking capabilities for enhanced attribution and conversion metrics for report aggregation tools
    • Leverage Google Tag Manager capabilities for analytics tracking and website personalization
    • Understand and standardize cross-browser compatibilities, web functionalities and research upcoming web trends
    • Research and review CMS developments and trends -- including personalization, predictive analytics, responsive design, and 3rd party integrations
    • Troubleshoot implement, maintain, and manage solutions on the CMS Platform

    Qualifications

    What makes you a great fit?

    You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field(s), 3-5 years of Marketing Technology expertise with demonstrated email/web design and development experience and marketing automation system administration; or an equivalent combination of training and Digital Marketing experience, and you have/are:

    • Proven expertise leveraging a marketing automation tool (Eloqua, Selligent, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.) to create multi-step retention and acquisition campaigns, lead scoring models and logic based user journeys
    • Excellent project management skills to plan, gather resources/needs, monitor progress, adhere to project timelines and track progress from planning to design to implementation
    • Knowledgeable in CMS concepts and implementation best practices, including page/data templates, content types, workflows, content authoring and approval processes
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver
    • Adept at hand coding HTML/CSS and custom template designs within content management systems (CMS)
