What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for partnering with our lines of business and for strategically leading the development of risk-based mitigation plans for our lending products and services; including credit card, mortgage, home equity, student loans, consumer loans, auto, commercial and other lending products. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing and enhancing compliance programs tailored to the Unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP), fair lending, and Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). This role will be responsible for collaborating with her peers to execute our strategic plan for enhancing our Compliance Management System (CMS). The Director, Compliance - Lending & Consumer Protection will participate in compliance examinations and other interactions with our regulatory agencies.
