    What will your day look like?

    You will be an accomplished direct response marketing manager who has successfully managed a team involved in digital consumer acquisition programs. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing a profitable customer acquisition strategy via our Select Employer Group (SEG) and organic channels. This means identifying the key tactics to promote the marketing of consumer deposit and consumer lending products to affluent, tech-savvy, consumers who find our great rates and products online or who are employees of our partner SEGs.  You should be a strategic digital marketer who builds relationships, maximizes digital tactics, and analyzes data trends, but is always focused on optimizing and producing results.


    Do you see yourself doing this?

    • Develop an overall user acquisition and direct response strategy that leverages digital channels and non-digital channels (when appropriate)
    • Create a relevant customer segmentation and targeting strategy
    • Maintain strict ROI goals across all key media channels (Paid Social, Search, Display/Retargeting, Native, and Mobile) to meet campaign objectives
    • Manage program budgets and define KPIs to measure success and provide forecasts for a defined digital channel plan
    • Negotiate and manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure successful marketing programs
    • Spearhead the development of a streamlined brand-focused campaign plan that leads to improved results, tactics and creativity
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through a keen understanding of objectives that align with customer acquisition goals
    • Development of a multi-faceted content strategy to support SEG-specific acquisition models as well as organic acquisition model
    • Create and drive a multi-variate testing framework and roadmap for acquisition goals
    • Understand and recognize digital media trends and market opportunities
    • Determine the top channels in our attribution model in order to devise a more strategic acquisition plan
    • Develop a continuous improvement plan for customer acquisition activities
    • Develop a lead management architecture that defines and organizes the lead flow and interaction plan
    • Devise a marketing relationship plan to ensure continued and increased access to employees via marketing channels
    • Identify customer and employer needs in order to develop a new customer acquisition strategy, SEG/employer launch campaigns, and annual marketing campaigns that drive new customer growth
    • Deliver forecast models for membership to Business Development, Product Management and other internal groups
    • Identify and initiate opportunities to strengthen employee engagement among the team as well as build solid relationships with our internal customers to provide enhanced service and communications
    • Provide a structured and consistent approach to ensure that individual development plans are in place, performance management is consistent and ongoing coaching and feedback are provided on a regular and dynamic basis




    What makes you a great fit?

    You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or business, 8+ years of experience in direct marketing, and you have/can:

    • A strong background in customer acquisition marketing as well as a strong digital expertise in a wide range of areas including content, display, SEO, SEM, and email marketing
    • Exceptional analytical skills including the ability to recognize key consumer insights, draw conclusions and develop recommendations
    • Strong leadership skills including the ability to direct resources that best support customer acquisition goals
    • Ability to understand systematic customer response and lead scoring as it relates to direct marketing
    • Strategic and influential verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to understand financial concepts and banking
    • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing technologies, marketing automation and CRM platforms
    • Experience working in content management systems, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Domo, marketing automation tools, and other digital platforms
    • Proven track record driving ROI-focused acquisition campaigns across various channels
    • Proficient in paid media platforms such as AdWords, Bing Ads, and other PPC advertising
