In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing complex campaigns across multiple channels and drive brand awareness. Responsible for elevating the credit union's reach and results across search, programmatic, social, affiliate and other digital advertising. Oversee different aspects of paid media advertising across various digital platforms. Build, execute and manage the strategy for digital landscape across paid search, paid social media, affiliate, advertising partnerships, and other display and video ads and marketing budgets. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, execute, manage and optimize paid media marketing campaigns (brand, prospecting and remarketing) to improve campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Plan, build and execute remarketing campaigns and manage advertising projects across the organization. Plan, build and manage influencer marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for managing the paid media budgets for digital advertising campaigns
  • Drive strategy for reporting in partnership with the analytics team to define, measure, evaluate and monitor key KPI for full-funnel campaigns
  • Expand B2C acquisition campaigns for brands, deposit products, lending products and mobile apps
  • Oversee keyword search and collaborate with the internal team to execute strategies across multiple brands
  • Work with the creative services team to oversee advertising creative, landing page creative and website copy
  • Build and improve campaign-level strategies and custom audiences within Google Ads, Facebook and similar platforms; continue to refine audiences based on performance
  • Analyze campaign data and provide reports on key performance metrics, insights and recommendations
  • Work with internal teams such as marketing, business intelligence, product and technology to ensure performance is accurately tracked and analyze trends and report on results and opportunities to meet marketing initiatives
  • Manage, track and optimize the advertising budget to decrease CPA while also increasing reach.
  • Stay up to date on the latest paid media practices, trends and capabilities and act as a subject matter expert related to digital advertising. Lead and mentor team members and work collaboratively across marketing and product teams
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for marketing and enterprise projects, and marketing strategy meetings
  • Create and maintain relationships with external media vendors and partners to grow accounts and expand campaigns

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Related - Minimum
 
Years of Experience:
  • 7 Years Paid media marketing, search marketing, forecasting and managing advertising or related

     

 
In Lieu of Education:
  • 10 Years of Paid media marketing, search marketing, forecasting and managing advertising or related
