In this role, you coordinate the planning, scheduling, and support of HR's training programs to meet the needs of the organization. Assist in the maintenance of a variety of training resources, curriculum databases and training records. Work with team to set up the facilitation of training sessions for subject matter experts (SMEs). Assist with project documentation, including templates, communication, and analysis. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist team with setup, materials and coordination of training needs for various trainings in person, online and self-service to ensure effective and productive learning experiences
  • Maintain program content, documents and instructional material by updating and incorporating new ideas from SMEs into educational content and learning solutions
  • Update and maintain the curriculum database and training records
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new training opportunities and assist the team to set up and schedule training as appropriate
  • Assist with post-training surveys to monitor and improve the quality of training content and training follow-up on completed training to collect data that will help evaluate and measure results
  • Collect, compile, and report results of evaluations, attendance, and training data to key stakeholders
  • Provide support to the team in the design and development of training content such as visual aids, presentations, brochures and other materials that will enhance the quality of training

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree / Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or Related - Preferred
  • High School or Equivalent - Minimum

 

Years of Experience:

  • 1 years / Human Resources, training, coaching or related
