In this role, you coordinate the planning, scheduling, and support of HR's training programs to meet the needs of the organization. Assist in the maintenance of a variety of training resources, curriculum databases and training records. Work with team to set up the facilitation of training sessions for subject matter experts (SMEs). Assist with project documentation, including templates, communication, and analysis.
