In this role, you will lead and coordinate Human Resources activities within a business unit/division and serve as primary support for senior managers and their teams. Act as a trusted advisor and have a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures and solutions that help achieve client and service objectives. In partnership with the management and other team members, drive and deploy integrated talent management, employee development, compensation, performance management, organization transformation and workplace strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager with assigned business leaders including a balance being part of the leadership team with a hands-on approach in developing, leading and executing HR solutions for the business and various cross-functional HR programs
  • Use consulting skills to understand what the business does, their products/services, and develop and execute upon a plan to address the talent needs
  • Act as an extended member of the business leadership team to provide direct input and influence of the workforce strategy, workplace policies and employee engagement
  • Build relationships with business leaders and employees and be their point of escalation for functional HR issues.
  • Collaborate and communicate information across lines to ensure effective coordination between business clients, HRBP team and HR COEs to strategically deliver HR solutions
  • Play a lead role consulting with managers on talent assessment, career planning, performance management, and compensation planning activities
  • Partner with HR COEs; Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development to creatively attract and retain high quality, diverse and engaged workforce
  • Ensure compliance on HR related company guidelines and policies; participating in ER activities when they arise

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Related - Minimum
 
Years of Experience:
  • 10 Years - Human Resources, Talent Management or Related

     

In Lieu of Education:
  • 15 Years - Human Resources, Talent Management or Business Partner Consulting

     

License/Certifications/Training:
 
  • Human Resources Professional Certification – Preferred
