In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating technical products such as software applications and digital platforms, ensuring functionality, usability, and overall performance. Analyzing business requirements and convert them into technical specification, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, SQAs, architects, and designers, to gather requirements write and refine user stories, conduct research, and provide valuable insights to drive product improvements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements and define product features, functionalities, product goals and objectives and create and refine features and stories
  • Strong understanding of API design principles, RESTful architecture, and web services
  • In-depth knowledge of programming languages commonly used for API development (C#, .Net, Java, etc.)
  • Analyze functional, non-functional & business requirements and translate that into technical specifications, write up stories with technical details, acceptance criteria and refine them with the team
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for product enhancements
  • Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and technical manuals
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience
  • Monitor product performance and conduct regular quality assurance testing to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure product performance, identify issues, and propose solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for product innovation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on product enhancements and bug fixes
  • Assist in the development and execution of product launch strategies, including training materials and customer support documentation
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving product-related issues
  • Experience with Mulesoft platform is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, Engineering or Related

Experience:

  • 3 years - Technical Support, Functional Specification Writing, User Acceptance Testing or Related

In Lieu of Education:

  • 7 years - Technical Support, Functional Specification Writing, or User Acceptance Testing
