In this role, you will be responsible to perform oversight of Alliant's residential loan sub-servicers. Monitor residential administration controls are sufficient and performed timely and accurately. Participate in HMDA data scrubs, audits and exams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform periodic oversight of sub-servicers, and other residential lending vendors. Escrow analyze/ insurance on property/ lifecycle of oversight
  • Analyze and review reports, test the results and work with sub-servicers (DMI) to remediate issues identified. Report results to the business and leaders and provide solutions and recommendations
  • Follow up with the business on performance results and develop effective remediation plans and controls for identified issues and deliver results and potential findings from monitoring
  • Perform HMDA data scrubs and validations and work with the internal HMDA compliance on the annual LAR filing.
  • Collect required documentation and information, as requested by auditors and examiners. Review that data is correct before providing the data to examiners
  • Prepare performance reporting covering residential lending administration and related servicers
  • Responsible to gathering different reports such as monthly performance, delinquency, member experience and member service. Analyze reports and compare to the outside market and provide results to various lines of business with results
  • Collaborate with DMI to identify root cause of issues and analyze the change
  • Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Related – Minimum

 

Years of Experience:

  • 5 years - Compliance, audit and controls, servicing of mortgage loans or related- Minimum
  • Strong mortgage servicing background 

 

In Lieu of Education:

  • 8 years - Compliance, audit and controls, servicing of mortgage loans or related- Minimum
