Provide administrative support on risk-related matters to the enterprise risk management (ERM) team and its members, under the direction of ERM leadership. Responsible for complete, accurate, and timely deliverables associated with primary duty of administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain various document repositories, and risk routine administration such as organizing calendars, inventories and trackers
  • Support risk governance operations and conduct follow-ups with enterprise stakeholders on ERM activity requests (e.g., attestation responses)
  • Complete data entry administration in databases or spreadsheets, maintaining organized files and records
  • Prepare templates for needed business activities ensuring that it aligns with organization's goal
  • Support maintenance of intranet sites owned by ERM team such as updating content and ensure accurate timely information.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum
  • Associate Degree - Business, Finance or Related - Preferred
 
Years of Experience:
  •  1 year - Administrative support or related - Minimum
 

 

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$22.69 - $31.20 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
