In this role, you will support residential lending technology users and focus on managing business requirements and administering lending technology systems such as Encompass. Mortgage Systems Administrator. Communicate and support system enhancements, provide end user support and workflow management. Configure and implement process improvement, optimize performance and manage the roadmap for Encompass. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for escalated production issues from the residential lending team and act as a liaison for business partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee administrative functions of Loan Origination System (LOS), ensure compliance regulatory, agency and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate and coordinate software application deployment.
  • Provide training to residential lending team on administrative functions.
  • Implement and direct administrative testing of LOS with team testers.
  • Create detailed business requirements for functional processes and rules and lead projects and provide team direction.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams and partner with team members on project schedules, reports and documentations.
  • Apply principles in risk management, issue tracking and change management.
  • Document and communicate issues to vendor and provide management updates.
  • Coordinate with residential lending team testers for system testing.

Education:
  • Bachlors Degree - Business, Technology or Related  - Minimum
 
Years of Experience:
  •  2 years - LOS Administrator, Encompass, Encompass Consumer Connect, Velocify, Surefire and Encompass TPO - Minimum
 
In Lieu of Education:
  • 5 years - LOS Administrator, Encompass, Encompass Consumer Connect, Velocify, Surefire and Encompass TPO

License/Certifications/Training:

 

  • Encompass Administrator Certification - Preferred

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$61,700‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$94,750 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
