In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and overseeing the development and lifecycle of the products which includes but is not limited to marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, member experience digital engagement, reporting and performance. Work with cross-functional teams for a successful launch and ensure alignment with the overall company objectives to create a seamless member journey and outstanding member experience. Act as the central point of contact for relative consumer products within the credit union, and liaison between respective support areas. 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and company goals
  • Maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
  • Drive the execution of the product roadmap by coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and managing resources
  • Develop product specifications and identify resources for development based on customer needs, feedback, and market demand
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback and market trends to iterate and improve. Monitor project progress, identify risks to mitigate risk and develop balanced underwriting and performance strategies
  • Implement strategies to ensure on-time delivery, progress and challenges to stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Work with internal teams to develop and refine reporting systems and key metrics for the product portfolio and to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives
  • Analyze data to gain insights into user behavior, identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing reporting for the portfolio including analysis
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, customers, and partners. Communicate product plans, updates, and roadmap changes to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Own the member experience for the products, monitor complaints, feedback, develop and implement member experience enhancements
  • Work with internal team to develop and/or refine marketing campaign strategies are compliant with regulations. Develop and manage budgets for specific marketing campaigns and track campaign performance
  • Partner with digital and technology teams to create and refine digital user experience journeys for acquisition, onboarding, service and retention
  • Provide input into product pricing strategy based on competitive analysis, costs, and balance sheet goals and performance

 

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree - Marketing, Product Development or Related - Minimum

 

Years of Experience:

  • 7 Years - Product management or related - Minimum
  • Preferred experience in Automotive

 

In Lieu of Education:

  • 10 Years - Product management or related

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$99,200‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$140,100 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
