In this role, you will manage the daily workflow of member applications by utilizing appropriate fulfillment software and systems, including CLOS and Mantl. Ensure efficient and accurate processing of applicable financial transactions ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily tasks relating to funding and new member applications are completed promptly and accurately, following credit union policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on transaction volumes, processing times, and team performance identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and update department procedures and conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and streamline operations.
  • Build relationships with internal customers to improve service, communication, and resolve member inquiries and escalations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in funding and application processing.
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions.

Education:
  • High School or Equivalent - Minimum
  • Bachlors Degree - Finance or related - Preferred
 
Years of Experience:
  • 2 years - Consumer or Home Equity loan Closing, Processing, Underwriting or Related - Minimum
  • 1 year - People Management - Preferred
 

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$61,700‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$94,750 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
