In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the dispute processing team, ensure efficient and accurate resolution of member disputes. Manage a team, develop strategies to streamline dispute resolution processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the investigation and resolution of member disputes, ensure outcomes adhere to applicable Regulations E, Z, NACHA etc.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on dispute activity, dispute resolution and other KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments addressing member and/or vendor feedback to improve dispute intake and resolution processes.
  • Assist next level leader in audit participation internally and externally by preparing requested documents and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and streamline operations.
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem resolution decisions.

Education:
  • High School or Equivalent - Minimum
  • Associates Degree - Finance, Business Administration, Customer Service or related - Preferred
 
Years of Experience:
  •  2 years - Finance, Business Administration, Customer Service or related - Minimum
  • 1 year - People Management - Preferred

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$61,700‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$94,750 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
