In this role, you will ead the development, validation, documentation, and implementation of statistical and advanced machine learning models that are used for decisions and product management throughout the member lifecycle, including segmentation, optimization, and prescriptive analytics. Work with internal clients to understand the business needs, propose appropriate quantitative solutions, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve member experience and achieve business objectives. Provide statistical and analytical inputs for the development and implementation of policies and business plans related to loan origination, portfolio management, loss forecasting and portfolio monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and deliver effective presentations of analysis results and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership and business partners.
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $87,100 - $123,000 Annually or Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
