In this role, you will be responsible to process high-volume electronic-based transactions while demonstrating an optimal level of proficiency with tasks assigned. Complete complex operational tasks within member payment operations. Achieve successful cross-training across the member payment operations job functions and utilize various payment system applications.  

Responsibilities

  • Process wires, automated clearing house, bill pay, mobile deposit, checking, and other member payment operations functions.
  • Process assigned desk transactions to meet or exceed operations, business risk, compliance and audit standards.
  • Identify opportunities to increase service quality and escalates high-level member issues as appropriate. Research and responds to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Edit/approve knowledge base content and support frontline training efforts.
  • Reconcile various general ledger balancing accounts.
  • Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and network rules and regulations.
  • Engage in cross-training exercises to develop expertise and respond to changes to guarantee efficient workflow and business continuity.
  • Exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with highly sensitive, complex and confidential issues and situations, and follow procedures to mitigate risk

 

 

Education:

  • High School or Equivalent - Minimum
  • Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Finance, or Related – Preferred

 

Years of Experience:

  • 2 years - Customer service, banking, check processing or related - Minimum

 

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$20.19 ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$27.76 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
