In this hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, you will manage and support the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software. Configure and maintain the system, create reports, ensure data accuracy, and automate financial processes to support the FP&A team. Perform user management, ensure data integrity, coordinate system upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide training and support to users. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain financial software systems for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and security of financial data within the systems and monitor data flows between integrated systems.
  • Provide technical and functional assistance to users within the finance and FP&A teams and resolve issues related to system functionality or data accuracy.
  • Help improve and automate financial processes to increase efficiency and streamline operations. Partner with stakeholders to design workflows for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Assist in the creation of financial reports and develop reporting tools and templates to ensure reports meet business requirements and reflect accurate financial data.
  • Collaborate with finance and IT departments to integrate systems and meet business needs and support projects between financial systems and other enterprise platforms.
  • Set up roles, permissions, and approval workflows to align with organizational and compliance standards and audit user access to ensure appropriate levels of authorization and prevent unauthorized changes.
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations, including building and updating planning models, sheets, and hierarchies.
  • Manage data integrations, ensure data integrity and accuracy between the FP&A system and other source systems, and perform data reconciliation.
  • Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and testing, during system upgrades and the deployment of new functionalities

Education:
  • Bachlors Degree - Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Related - Minimum
 
Years of Experience:
  •  3 years - Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Related - Minimum
 
In Lieu of Education:
  • 6 years - Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or Related

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$76,500‏‏‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$108,050 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
