In this role, you will lead a team of product managers that oversee consumer lending products such as, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), personal loans, credit cards, and auto loans. Define product strategy, drive innovation in digital lending, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and build products that meet evolving member needs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies across HELOC, personal loans, credit cards, and auto loans to drive growth, profitability, and member satisfaction.
  • Identify market opportunities, member needs, and competitive trends to inform product roadmaps.
  • Partner with risk, compliance, marketing, operations, and technology teams to bring innovative lending solutions to market that meet member needs and drive business growth.
  • Ensure lending products meet regulatory and compliance standards while maintaining a member-centric focus.
  • Champion digital product experiences that simplify borrowing and deepen member relationships.
  • Work with digital channels, UX/UI teams, and technology partners to deliver seamless end-to-end lending journeys.
  • Monitor and improve member satisfaction, adoption, and engagement across loan products.
  • Own financial performance, P&L oversight, and growth targets for assigned lending products.
  • Monitor portfolio health, including delinquency, charge-offs, and risk metrics in partnership with credit risk teams. Drive initiatives to balance growth, profitability, and prudent risk management.
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem-resolution decisions.

Education:

 

  • Bachelors Degree - Finance, Business or Related - Minimum
  • Graduate Degree - Finance, Business or Related - Preferred

 

Years of Experience:

 

  • 5 years - Consumer lending, financial services, product management or related - Minimum
  • 2 years - People Management - Minimum

 

In Lieu of Education:

 

  • 8 years - Consumer lending, financial services, product management including people management

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎$128,500 ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$186,300 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
