In this role, you will provide support to the team in performing a diverse range of duties that entails initial tracking and analyzing new loan opportunities such as investment commercial properties, owner occupied commercial properties, note-on-note financings, and warehouse financing opportunities for prospective borrowers. Assists management with performance statistics and analysis of the figures. Supports the Department with improving the overall speed to market and volumes of deals reviewed. Works to analyze, quote and sign up new commercial real estate lending opportunities across a diverse set of asset types.
In this role, you will identify, map, integrate, and analyze large sets of data to generate actionable insights. Informed decision-making and strategy development across the organization by using data management and analysis skills. Responsible for analyzing complex data sets, mapping data sources, integrating disparate data systems, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions and strategies.
In this role, you will support different loan related processes from post-origination through loan payoff. Responsible to secure liens on vehicle titles, placing and removing Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) on consumer loans, securing ancillary product refunds and answering inbound calls. Act as a subject matter expert for inquiries or questions related to consumer loans for both internal and external members by meeting established service level requirements and following compliance with federal and state laws and in accordance with credit union’s policies and procedures.
In this role, you will oversee secondary marketing functions and aspects of mortgage loan activities. Establish mortgage programs and pricing to drive income through the use of loan sales and the portfolio. Work with leaders to develop, maintain, and price the portfolio mortgage loan programs. Monitor the mortgage secondary market and establishment of daily mortgage prices/rates used by Alliant and Third-Party Originators (TPOs). Manage the daily risk position and execution of loan deliveries into the secondary market. Develop and implement new saleable secondary market mortgage programs, enhancements or modifications to existing programs.
In this role, you will be responsible to partner with cross-functional team members to co-lead planning, forecasting and analytical efforts to deliver financial commitments, balanced with a sense of integrity and fiscal responsibilities. Direct and lead the annual planning, rolling forecasts, and business planning including formulation of the income statement, cost center-level expense planning, and presentations to the senior management team.
In this role, you will support the Information security governance, risk management and compliance program, focusing on compliance and assurance. Facilitate the compliance and assurance program, by performing assurance assessments to ensure Alliant Credit Union (ACU) is compliant with regulatory and legal obligations. Help maintain the technical control library ensure assessments align securing ACU. Facilitate IT issue management by work with employees on scheduling calls and going over the issue and resolution.
In this role, you will be responsible to drive product strategy by working in a cross functional environment to design, develop, and deploy enterprise wide product strategies that support member experience, innovation and growth. Maintain competitive industry knowledge of relative products, features, benefits, emerging technologies and opportunities. Responsible to guide the product, marketing, digital, operations, and technology teams to deploy product solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and overseeing the development and lifecycle of the products which includes but is not limited to marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, member experience digital engagement, reporting and performance. Work with cross-functional teams for a successful launch and ensure alignment with the overall company objectives to create a seamless member journey and outstanding member experience. Act as the central point of contact for relative consumer products within the credit union, and liaison between respective support areas.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of late-stage consumer and real estate accounts to minimize loss and maximize recovery to the credit union. Work directly with members to resolve delinquency or make recommendations for legal action through an attorney network or third-party vendors. Manage files placed with attorney network and use innovative approach to locate people and collateral such as different channels, resources or skip tracing.
In this role, you will evaluate and test the effectiveness of internal controls across various business operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and risk management frameworks. Assist to create a monitoring plan (i.e testing) to identify areas of improvements. Work with the lines of business and external partners to communicate review results, opportunities, and root cause analysis. Execute on assigned monitoring plans and test activities and maintain an understanding of risk management and identify and mitigate operational risks.
The Director, Mortgage Sales will be responsible for sales activities within the residential lending division powered by a multi-channel origination platform including both retail and mortgage direct channels as well as a sales supervisory team. Collaborate with other senior leaders within the division to help establish, execute and maintain leading origination practices that focus on both a digital and relationship strategy yielding a best-in-class national lending platform.
In this role, you will assist in the administration of the loan business as assigned. Covers the loan origination process including, but not limited to, managing application submissions, communication with parties involved in a transaction, monitoring of key application / sales contract dates and ensuring each application / closing experience reflects a best-in-class member experience. Responsible for checking loan details and requirements before submitting loans to the operations team. Uses knowledge of loan origination of various types of mortgage loans including conventional, FHA, VA, construction and other portfolio products.
In this role, you will support deposit programs, such as checking and savings products, and provide consumer compliance advisory services. Provide consulting to help the first line of defense understand applicable regulatory requirements and the appropriate risk-based control framework to manage compliance risk within the defined compliance risk appetite. Develop and evaluate Compliance Management System ("CMS") components, such as risk assessments, policies, procedures, issues management, controls and monitoring, and reporting, for assigned advisory support teams.
