In this hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, you will execute the development and optimization of automated marketing journeys across the member lifecycle. Design and implement multi-step workflows that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. Translate data into personalized, scalable experiences using marketing automation platforms and knowledge of customer behavior to drive targeted and measurable outcomes.
In this role hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, you will maintain and optimize the public website and ensure it supports our brand, drives member engagement, and contributes to conversion goals. Support strategic initiatives and optimize digital performance demonstrating knowledge on digital marketing, user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), web accessibility standards and web analytics.
In this role, you will develop clear, concise and persuasive content and marketing for digital and traditional mediums. Edit content ensure consistent application of style and information across channels. Define our brand by embodying friendly, smart and personalized service via our content. Write B2C and B2B marketing campaigns such as writing user guides, help content and tutorials for mobile and online banking; crafting compelling emails; develop engage and informative blog posts; and internal marketing communications. Manage complex projects with varying deadlines in a team environment. Use data and strategic thinking to improve member retention in addition to new member acquisition.
In this role, you will develop and execute innovative, integrated marketing strategies that drive both prospect acquisition and member engagement for the credit union. Lead marketing efforts across the full funnel from attracting new prospects through targeted campaigns and partnerships, to deepening relationships with existing members through lifecycle engagement marketing.
In this role, you will lead the user experience design efforts for the credit unions' digital channels. Responsible for user research, interaction design, and usability testing of our features and products. Shape the overall user experience strategy and provide guidance to the design team, while partnering with product managers, software engineers and quality assurance engineers to build innovative financial solutions for members.
As a Senior Product Owner, in this hybrid role, you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of products and services that elevate Alliant’s member experience and drive business outcomes. You will bridge business strategy, user needs, and technical execution—owning the product roadmap and ensuring timely delivery of high-value solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible to drive product strategy by working in a cross functional environment to design, develop, and deploy enterprise wide product strategies that support member experience, innovation and growth. Maintain competitive industry knowledge of relative products, features, benefits, emerging technologies and opportunities. Responsible to guide the product, marketing, digital, operations, and technology teams to deploy product solutions.
