Sr. Manager, Decision Science
Alliant Credit Union is seeking Senior Manager, Decision Science in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Business Analytics or related quantitative field or foreign equivalent degree. 8 years of related experience. Required Skills: Lead the development, validation, documentation, and implementation of statistical and advanced machine learning models across consumer lending lifecycle, including underwriting, account management using analytical tools like R, Python and SQL (7 yrs); Lead and develop predictive models and strategies for Collections portfolio, including early collections, late collections, and post charge-off recoveries using internal and credit bureau data and tools like R, Python and SQL (7 yrs); Lead and mentor data scientists and analysts in analytical projects (5 yrs); Develop propensity models and share of wallet analysis to better select consumers for marketing campaigns using analytical tools like R, Python, SQL in on-premise and cloud environment (4 yrs); Deploy machine learning models in production, design experiments and monitor performance for A/B tests (5 yrs). 100% telecommuting; must live near a major airport. 10% travel required.
