In this role, you will be responsible to partner with cross-functional team members to co-lead planning, forecasting and analytical efforts to deliver financial commitments, balanced with a sense of integrity and fiscal responsibilities. Direct and lead the annual planning, rolling forecasts, and business planning including formulation of the income statement, cost center-level expense planning, and presentations to the senior management team.
The Sr. Systems Engineer will design and plan assigned system projects while also providing technical support. Understand assigned platforms and current technology as well as acts as an expert in assigned systems such as Windows Servers, Activate Directory, VMWare, Cisco UCS, Backup systems, DNS, SAN Technologies, and Hyper Converged Systems.
As a Collections Representative, you will service early stages of delinquency for member loan and depository products including, but not limited to credit cards, mortgages, auto, student and personal loans. This position will report to the Supervisor of Collections. This role will make and receive calls to members in order to facilitate one-time payments, performing transfer transactions between Alliant accounts, updating member contact information and establishing automatic payments or third-party authorizations.
In this role, you will support assigned line of business to include ensure third-party partner portfolios are properly evaluated, assessed, and managed to mitigate risk exposures & performance risk impacts. Compile data and documentation related to third-party practices and ensure performance issues that arise are communicated to the line of business appropriately and escalations are handled timely. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and anticipating performance risks associated with the monitoring of established & new third-party relationships. Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals utilizing a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
The Sr. Applications Security Engineer will assist in leading and coordinating the day to day work stream of assigned team focused on validating that application services are designed and implemented with high security standards, meet business objectives, and are completed within planned timelines. Oversees the analysis of the security of applications in tandem with their underlying services, including connected dependencies such as middle-tier systems and databases. Addresses legacy and emerging security issues, and implements repeatable secure development practices to reduce the introduction of program design flaws that may lead to exploitation. Communicates with the appropriate technical and leadership teams to ensure a focus on risk mitigation, allowing for business continuity, but without negligent risk when issues are uncovered. Leads the assessment of applications for weaknesses and finding resolutions before they can be abused. Assesses the security of applications for business-to-business initiatives, third-party relationships, outsourced solutions and vendors.
The Product Owner, Digital Channels will own and create assigned digital product roadmaps and deliver improved functionality and user experience in online banking and mobile platforms to achieve key performance indicators, key business outcomes and financial objectives. This role will partner with management to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for member facing products act as point development team and manage backlogs, open defects, develop user stories and acceptance criteria as well as communicate to internal stakeholders and frontline associates. Track assigned products' performance through reports and interactions with other teams such as the data and analytics team. Interpret the data and make plans or adjustments to plans to influence assigned products’ performance in favorable directions. Implement enterprise initiatives in the online banking and mobile channels. Interface with multiple areas of the business to collect, clarify, and translate business needs into a clear end-product vision as well as collaborate with multiple stakeholders in sprints and delivery lifecycle to continually iterate and enhance the vision.
In this role the Software Engineer will design, development and implement assigned platform working with Symitar (OpCon) in a collaborative and inclusive agile team. Work on multiple and complex features concurrently. Use foundational technical knowledge of full stack solution development utilizing technologies such as.NET/Web technologies, structured programming concepts, architecture and process enhancement. Focus on applying industry standard software engineering practices to software development lifecycle and deliver quality results.
The Credit Risk Analyst position will develop and review credit policies and strategies as well as data and analytical frameworks for loan origination and loss forecasting. Review relevant data to identify the quantitative and qualitative factors driving the credit risk for consumer & mortgage loans. Preform evaluation, implementation and monitoring of third-party and in-house scoring solutions. Perform model and strategy testing and assist with audit/regulatory requests. Work cross-functionally with other teams such as Advanced Analytics, Lending, Loan Servicing, Marketing, Finance, and Data Service teams, preparing underwriting and account management presentations to management for review and implementation.
The Scrum Master (SM) will support and coach Agile team(s) by empowering them to leverage the Agile mindset, methods and tools and enabling quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team. The SM will optimize team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team’s goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team and the Agile Release Train (ART).
The incumbent will lead the enhancement of best practices in relation to a high-performance Agile team’s processes, artifacts and tools. The SM is a key member of the Marketing team, which assists the organization with launching, stabilizing and optimizing program level and portfolio level teams while adapting and promoting Agile frameworks, principles and practices. Resources to do the job require reliance on in-depth knowledge of Agile mindset/methodologies and tools, as well as being an Agile champion with project management and relationship management skills. General direction is received from the Sr Manager, Marketing Technology & Operations.
