As a Collections Representative, you will service early stages of delinquency for member loan and depository products including, but not limited to credit cards, mortgages, auto, student and personal loans. This role will make and receive calls to members in order to facilitate one-time payments, performing transfer transactions between Alliant accounts, updating member contact information and establishing automatic payments or third-party authorizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for elevating the credit union's reach and results across search, programmatic, social, affiliate and other digital advertising. Build, execute, manage and optimize paid search, paid social media, affiliate, remarketing and other paid display and video ads.
In this role, you will develop, edit and analyze digital platforms, software applications, systems integration, cloud services, databases, reporting, or business analytics to support corporate business objectives. Solve complex technical problems and guide team in the implementation of full solutions built on different platforms and technologies requiring front-end, back-end (APIs), database and DevSecOps development. Understand the products and their interactions to design complex solutions and plan for how new products/features fit into the larger ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of new mortgage business from both credit union members and non-credit union referral sources. Work includes prospecting non-member borrowers and referral sources as well as prospecting to credit union provided lead opportunities using knowledge of credit union products and mortgage guidelines, as well as an overall knowledge of mortgage lending and current market conditions.
In this role, you will manage loan pipeline by preparing loan applications for submission to underwriting to obtain a clear to close with the specified dates of the loan application and applicable sales contract. Reviews mortgage applications and supporting loan documents to ensure they meet the set credit conditions. Verifies the accuracy and completeness of each document and provides support to team members and other lines of business staff while maintaining a close partnership with their assigned team.
