Participate in high level business annual planning, rolling forecasts, and mid to long-term business planning such as formulation of income statement, cost center-level expense planning, headcount analyses. In this role, you will be responsible to facilitate the management, planning, monitoring, and reporting of the demand and technology change processes. Manage the demand intake process and ensure new requests are processed, tracked, and reported on in a timely manner. Collaborate with technology teams to generate portfolio level reports and metrics to track progress, resource allocation and utilization, as well as establish best practices and improve processes especially within agile disciplines.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of new mortgage business from both credit union members and non-credit union referral sources. Work includes prospecting non-member borrowers and referral sources as well as prospecting to credit union provided lead opportunities using knowledge of credit union products and mortgage guidelines, as well as an overall knowledge of mortgage lending and current market conditions.
